- If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
4. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept bank transfers, cash, or mobile payment options.
- All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may be subject to VAT or local taxes.
- We provide transparent pricing; no hidden charges.
5. Warranty & Liability
- We stand behind our tuning files and diagnostics; however, services are delivered based on the current condition of the client’s vehicle.
- EcoSport Tuning Africa is not liable for pre-existing vehicle issues or damages unrelated to our service.
- We do not guarantee improvements if a vehicle has mechanical, electrical, or fuel-related faults that have not been disclosed or repaired.
